Review, elaborate, take forward, and describe CGIAR’s target culture, including management styles, and a set of One Culture principles.

CGIAR People & Culture (P&C) formed the Culture Task Team (CTT) reflecting the divisions and geographies of One CGIAR, with representation from the global P&C community.
Building on previous consultations, staff surveys and the work of the P&C division, the CTT developed One CGIAR Culture Framework and an initial Action Plan for implementation in 2023.
Before and after stewarding the work of the CTT, Convene curated two People & Culture Retreats (Addis Ababa, June 2022 and Rome February 2023) where the One CGIAR transition and One CGIAR Culture were discussed and translated into their operationalisation by the P&C group.
