• Shape CGIAR Research Portfolio 2025-27 and the evolving Research-for-Development agenda

• Deepen future collaboration for transformative partnerships and improve CGIAR engagement at country/regional/ global levels

• Prototype and rollout of in-country targeted small, safe spaces where all voices and perspectives are heard

• Launched prototype Listening Sessions in Peru and Ethiopia at the end of 2023. After 1 week of in-country Listening Session with academia, the public sector and the private sector, among others, country teams delivered output packs with main highlights and a detailed report shared with stakeholders. The same process took place between January and March 2024 with other 25 countries around the world.

• A highlight Synthesis Report summarizes the key findings from all the Listening Sessions based on the in-country output packs and sensemaking efforts.
